Without verifiable parental consent such as signed registration form, the child's pictures, and a sign and seal from the principal or headmaster, the child will not be acceptable for sponsorship. The parents are informed of the procedure and are aware that they can withdraw their children at any time. They understand that they can have their children's information deleted from our system or refuse more information revealed about their children. How does AFOC control letters and pictures exchanged between the sponsors and their sponsored children?
Our staff checks every picture and letter exchange between the children and their sponsors. The pictures and literature of children are verified before adding on the website. Our database contains only necessary information about the children for smooth communication between the children and the sponsors.
